CODE OF CONDUCT  
On April 28th 2009 WASP GTE formally adopted the Code of Practice. As at October 2013, the Code was officially reviewed and a new Set of Guidelines was adopted.

Mr KINGSLEY DIEGO
Kingsley Diego (Mobilexcetera Limited): has experience spanning eight years in the Value Added Services industry. He has been involved in several notable projects within the VAS space in Nigeria and surrounding West African states. He is a graduate of Pure and Applied Chemistry from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho and currently manages the mobile VAS content unit in Mobilexcetera Limited. He assists in achieving organizational goals by knowing the needs and wants of target markets and delivering the desired satisfactions. He is equally a strategic planner who provides strategies for current and future growth of the organization by suggesting changes or improvements to current business plans, policies and procedures. He is currently studying for an MBA degree in the prestigious Edinburgh Business School (Heriot Watt University).
Mr YAHAYA MAIBE
Yahaya Maibe is CEO and founder of Fun Mobile Limited -a company which he founded in 2005- is one of the largest Mobile Value Added Service providers in Nigeria. Funmobile also has operations in Cameroon and Ghana. He is experienced in information technology, investment banking, and sales leadership. He has worked for several companies including Afrinvest West Africa, a Nigerian Investment Bank and HRI Managers Limited, a family holding Company. Mr Maibe is also on the board of several other Nigerian companies. He has been active on the political scene and ran twice for a seat in the Nigerian National Assembly. Yahaya was a member of the Nigeria 2025 Scenarios team, an initiative of Leap Africa and the Africa Leadership Institute. He holds a bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Essex and a masters degree in Development Studies from the University of London. Yahaya also attended several courses at home and abroad, including stints at Columbia University, New York city, USA.
Mr CHIKE ASIODU  
He is the owner and CEO of TextNigeria Limited. He has been serving in this position since October 2003. His work experience cuts across Manufacturing, Mining, Banking and Information Technology sectors of the economy. Chike a key driver of WASPAN initiatives and brings deep insight to the knowledge pool. He is a product of the University of Buckingham, UK and an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
